Product details
The Koch SprayStop S Paint Arrestor Blanket is a large pre-cut multi-denier synthetic polyester blanket sized for paint booth filter bank panels — a general-use paint arrestor for lacquers, air-dry enamels, and thermo-reactive coatings. Per Koch product literature, SprayStop S exceeds NESHAP regulations and MACT standards, with multi-denier polyester fibers in a progressively dense configuration. Coarse fibers on the air-entering side and finer fibers on the air-exiting side allow paint solids to permeate the blanket from back to front for full depth loading without multiple media layers.
What you get: large pre-cut blankets sized for booth filter banks
Blankets are large pre-cut sheets sized to fit specific paint booth exhaust filter bank panel dimensions — you don't cut them on-site like a bulk roll. Each variant ships at the exact factory-cut dimensions shown, sold by the case. The price you see for each variant is the full case price, and each variant label tells you how many blankets are in that case. Available sizes for SprayStop S blankets:
- 25″x104″ (18.1 sq ft each) — available by quote. Request a quote for current pricing and availability.

NESHAP compliance: 6H vs. 6X
Paint spray booth operations in the United States are regulated under the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), codified in 40 CFR Part 63. The two subparts most relevant to spray booth filtration are Subpart 6H and Subpart 6X.
Auto Body & Miscellaneous Surface Coating
40 CFR Part 63 Subpart HHHHHH applies to auto body refinishing, collision repair, and miscellaneous surface coating of motor vehicles and mobile equipment.
Spray booth exhaust filtration must demonstrate paint overspray capture efficiency at the level required by the rule, with media tested under ASHRAE 52.1 or an equivalent EPA-recognized method.
Area Source Metal Fabrication & Finishing
40 CFR Part 63 Subpart XXXXXX applies to area-source metal fabrication and finishing operations, including spray painting of fabricated metal parts.
Compliance typically requires control of particulate hazardous air pollutants from spray application through filter-based capture systems verified for the specific coating operation.

The end user and facility operator are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local air quality regulations.
