How do I apply a promo code at checkout?

Add your filters to cart and go to checkout. On the first checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Discount code” — paste your code (e.g., BULK) and click Apply. The discount appears in your order summary before payment. If the code doesn’t apply, check that your cart includes eligible products and meets any minimum quantity requirement.

Can I stack multiple promo codes?

No — only one promo code per order. Shopify’s checkout allows one discount code, and that’s our policy as well. Free shipping on $50+ is automatic and stacks with any single promo code you use, so pick the code that saves you the most on your specific order.

Why don’t promo codes work on custom filters?

Custom and special-order products are excluded from standard promo codes because they’re already priced with tight margins to keep made-to-specification filters affordable. For custom filter volume, request a quote — we can structure volume pricing that often beats a flat discount. Or try the Price Beat Guarantee if you’ve seen a competitor quote.

I saw a different code on a coupon site — will it work?

Probably not. Coupon sites often publish old, expired, or made-up codes to drive traffic. The codes on this page are the only official active codes. If it’s not listed here, it’s not working — try one of the real codes above instead.

Does the BULK code work on case quantities or single filters?

BULK requires 5 cases or more of eligible products in one order. A mix of different filter lines is fine as long as the total count hits 5 cases. Single filters or smaller quantities don’t qualify — use COFFEECASH for $5 off or the 10% welcome code if it’s your first order.

I forgot to apply a code. Can I get it refunded after the order ships?

We can’t retroactively apply a code after an order is placed. If you just noticed and your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately — if we can catch it in time, we’ll cancel and rebook with the code. After the order is in production or shipped, we can’t reverse the original charge. Save the code for your next order instead.

How often do codes change or expire?

I’m a commercial buyer — should I use BULK or request a quote?

For commercial volume, request a quote first. A custom commercial quote usually beats a flat 15% BULK discount, plus it gets you net terms, PO invoicing, tax-exempt handling (if applicable), and a dedicated rep. Use BULK only if you just want the fastest checkout and don’t need any of the commercial perks.
