NATIONWIDE NETWORK

Eight production plants. One plant ships your order.

Rather than shipping every order from a central warehouse, we route your filters through the production plant closest to your delivery address. That means shorter transit times, fewer hands on the box, and less damage risk — especially for larger or custom filters that don't love long trips.

For residential deliveries in our network footprint, we include weekend delivery at no extra cost when it gets your filters to you faster.

LEAD TIMES

How soon will my filters arrive?

Current lead times are listed on each product page and again in the shipping section of the cart before you place your order — so you know what to expect for the specific filters you're buying. Standard pleated filters in common sizes ship within a few business days. Custom-cut filters, specialty media, and large-format sizes typically run longer. Transit time depends on distance from the production plant to your address.

NEED FILTERS FAST?

Expedited shipping is often available.

Contact customer service before or right after placing your order and we'll check with the closest plant to see if they can accelerate production and ship via an expedited carrier service. Expedited options and costs vary by size, MERV, and destination — we'll confirm both before processing the upgrade.

BY DESTINATION

Where do you need your filters?

Continental US (Lower 48)

Free shipping on orders $50+. Orders under $50 ship flat rate between $9.99 and $14.99. Weekend delivery included for residential addresses when it speeds delivery.

Filters are lightweight but the boxes are oversized — we pay real shipping rates on every free-shipping order. Free shipping means we absorb that cost, not that the cost isn't there.

Carriers: UPS and FedEx

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but free shipping doesn't extend to these states. Filter boxes are oversized — lightweight, but physically large — which makes carrier rates to remote states significantly higher than to the lower 48. Contact customer service before ordering for the most accurate quote for your specific size and ZIP code.

Carriers: Varies by destination — contact us for the best option.

Canada

We ship all of our filter products to Canada. Expect slightly longer lead times due to customs clearance. Shipping charges and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout — no surprises on delivery.

Transit: Standard + customs (2–5 business days typical)

Mexico

We ship many filter products to Mexico, though not every SKU is eligible due to carrier and import restrictions. If you order a filter we can't ship to Mexico, we'll notify you and issue an immediate full refund — no waiting. Shipping charges calculated at checkout; expect customs delays.

Note: Contact us first if ordering specialty or oversized filters

Business & Commercial

We ship to commercial addresses, loading docks, and multi-site portfolios. Bulk orders typically ship LTL freight. Scheduled auto-ship is available for commercial accounts — quarterly changeouts, multi-site rotations, facility compliance programs.

Apartments & Residential

We ship to apartment and residential street addresses nationwide via UPS and FedEx. Include your apartment, suite, or unit number to avoid delivery delays.

Note: We cannot ship to PO boxes — filter boxes exceed carrier size limits for PO delivery. A physical street address is required.

LTL FREIGHT

HEPA, PureFlo, AstroCel & pallet orders.

Large filter orders, specialty HEPA units, and pallet quantities ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. Because freight shipments involve additional handling, delivery appointments, and higher risk of in-transit damage, there are specific requirements every freight customer should know before placing an order.

BEFORE SHIPMENT

Required information

Complete shipping address — incomplete addresses hold the order.
Delivery contact name and phone — the freight carrier calls to schedule delivery.
Residential or commercial designation — if unspecified, we assume residential. Corrections mid-transit may incur charges.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES

When extra fees apply

Additional freight charges billed to the customer include, but aren't limited to:

Failed initial delivery requiring redelivery
Lift gate or inside delivery added after booking
Residential reclassification of a commercial booking
Address correction while shipment is in transit
FREIGHT DAMAGE INSPECTION

Obvious freight damage

If visible damage is present on arrival: REFUSE the shipment. If you accept it anyway, require the driver to mark it "Received as Damaged" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

⏱ 2 days from receipt to notify us of obvious damage.

Concealed freight damage

Damage discovered after the shipment is unpacked but not visible at delivery. Contact us as soon as you discover it. Take photos of the damage and the packaging.

⏱ 5 days from receipt to notify us of concealed damage.

RTF reserves the right to request photos of damage for claims processing. Missing these inspection windows will greatly hamper the claims process with the carrier.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER

Double-check your shipping address.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout are charged a reship fee equal to the true shipping cost we paid on the original shipment — we don't mark up reships, but we do have to recover the original carrier cost. This is especially important for larger filter sizes and freight orders where shipping costs can be significant.

Most common issues: missing apartment or suite numbers, typos in street numbers, wrong ZIP code, and shipping to a seasonal address. If you catch a mistake before the order ships, contact us immediately and we'll update it at no charge.

Filter Fit Guarantee

Wrong size? We remake it. You cover a $30 shipping fee within 30 days of delivery.

FAQ

Shipping Questions We Hear Most

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders over $50 ship free to the 48 contiguous US states — no code needed, applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate between $9.99 and $14.99, depending on your destination and filter size. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the filter (in-stock vs. made-to-order) and your distance from the plant it ships from. Current production lead times are shown on every product page and again in your cart before checkout. After the order leaves the plant, transit is typically 1–5 business days to most US addresses via UPS or FedEx. View current production schedule →

Where will my order ship from?

From the production plant closest to your delivery address. We have eight plants — Florida, New York, Oklahoma, Illinois, California, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Washington — and the system routes your order automatically. This keeps transit times short and reduces the risk of damage during shipment.

What carriers do you use?

UPS and FedEx are our primary carriers for standard shipments. Pallet orders and large HEPA units ship LTL freight. USPS is used rarely — filter boxes are physically oversized and exceed most USPS package-size limits, so UPS and FedEx handle the vast majority of our deliveries.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

In many cases, yes. Call 866-469-8556 or email customer service before or right after placing your order and we'll check with the plant nearest you to see if expedited production and carrier service are available. Expedited options and costs vary by filter size, MERV, and destination.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. Free shipping doesn't apply to Alaska or Hawaii because filter boxes are oversized. Filters themselves are lightweight, but the boxes are physically large — which makes carrier rates to remote states significantly higher than flat-rate shipping can absorb. Contact customer service before ordering for the most accurate quote for your specific size and ZIP code.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. We ship all of our filters to Canada. Expect slightly longer transit because of customs clearance. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any duties or import taxes assessed by customs are the customer's responsibility.

Do you ship to Mexico?

We ship many filters to Mexico, but not every product is eligible due to carrier and import restrictions. If you place an order we can't fulfill to a Mexican address, we'll contact you immediately and issue a full refund. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and expect longer transit for customs.

Do you ship internationally beyond Canada and Mexico?

Not directly. For other countries, use a US-based freight forwarder and we'll ship to their US address — they handle the international leg. Contact us if you need a recommendation or have questions about packaging for export.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

If you catch the mistake before your order ships, contact customer service immediately and we'll update it at no charge. If the order ships to the wrong address, gets returned to the origin, and needs to be reshipped, the customer is charged a reship fee equal to the actual shipping cost we paid on the original shipment. We don't mark up reships — we just pass through the carrier's charge.

What if my order arrives damaged?

For standard UPS or FedEx deliveries, submit a damage claim with photos as soon as you receive the order. We'll replace damaged filters at no cost.

For LTL freight deliveries, different rules apply: refuse obviously-damaged shipments, or if you accept them, have the driver mark the delivery receipt "Received as Damaged." You have 2 days from receipt to report obvious damage and 5 days to report concealed damage (damage discovered after unpacking).

Can I ship to a PO box?

No — we can't ship to PO boxes. Filter boxes are physically oversized and exceed the carrier size limits for PO box delivery. Filters are lightweight, but the boxes are big enough that UPS and FedEx require a physical street address. A residential, commercial, or apartment address works fine.

Do you ship to apartments and commercial addresses?

Yes to both. Apartments, residential homes, commercial buildings, and loading docks all work via UPS and FedEx. Include your apartment, suite, or unit number to avoid delivery delays. Loading docks and commercial receivers are fine; specify the address type at checkout when possible so we can route the shipment appropriately.

Do you ship on weekends?

For residential addresses inside the carrier's weekend service area, we include weekend delivery at no extra cost when it gets your filters to you faster. Our production plants don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays, but in-transit packages may deliver on weekends based on carrier routing.

How does LTL freight shipping work?

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight is used for pallet-quantity orders, HEPA filter systems, PureFlo, AstroCel, and other large/heavy products. Before we ship, we need a complete address, a delivery contact name and phone number, and confirmation whether the delivery is residential or commercial. The freight carrier calls to schedule a delivery window. Lift gate service or inside delivery costs extra and needs to be requested at booking — not added after the shipment is in transit.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves the plant. You can also log in to your account to view order status and complete order history at any time.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

If the order hasn't shipped or entered production yet, yes — contact us immediately. Custom filters enter production fast, so time matters. Call 866-469-8556 or email support@rememberthefilter.com with your order number.
