Free shipping on orders over $50 shipped to domestic U.S.

All filter orders ship for free if over $50 with exception to Hawaii and Alaska. We use UPS as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via USPS, FedEx or if a large order by freight LTL service. Flat Rate on orders under $50

All filter orders shipping in the domestic U.S. that are under $50 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee between $9.99 and $14.99, depending on location and filter size purchased. If shipping is charged you will be provided with your shipping options and can preview charges during the checkout process.

Current Lead Times

You can view current lead times for the filters you are ordering on the product page and also in the shipping section of the cart prior to placing your order. If you have questions about lead times please let us know.

Standard UPS Service

Orders will be shipped out of the plant nearest you to expedite lead times. UPS is our preferred shipping partner. If shipping to a residential address we will include weekend delivery free of charge if it will get your filters to you faster!

Expedited Shipping

If you need your filters expedited please contact customer service to see if the plant can accommodate your request.

Where will my order ship from?

With production plants in FL, NY, OK, IL, CA, NC and WA your filter order will ship out of the plant nearest you. This gets your filters to you faster and minimizes the risk of damage to the filters during shipment. 

Canada Shipping

Canadian customers will have slightly longer lead times due to customs. We ship all filters to Canada. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. If you have questions about an international shipment please contact us.

Mexico Shipping

Mexico customers will have slightly longer lead times due to customs. We ship many of our filters to Mexico but not all. If you purchase a filter we cannot ship into Mexico we will let you know and issue an immediate refund. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. Alaska and Hawaii

We ship all filters to Alaska and Hawaii using USPS (United States Postal Service). Contact customer service for an accurate shipping quote, this way we can find the best method and cost for your location. If you have questions about Alaska or Hawaii shipments please contact us. Please keep in mind that filters are not heavy but the boxes are big, unfortunately the box sizes make it expensive to ship into Hawaii and Alaska - we do our very best to keep our shipping costs low with our partners for our Hawaiian and Alaska customers. 

Freight LTL Shipments (HEPA, PureFlo, AstroCel, Pallet Orders)

All LTL freight will be shipped prepaid unless otherwise specified. Shipments will not be processed until a complete and full shipping address is received.

Delivery Contact: For all LTL shipments a contact person and contact phone number is required. Shipments will not be processed without contact information.

Residential/Commercial: Shipment must be specified as to whether it is residential or commercial. If the shipment is not specified, then it will be assumed to be residential.

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT: If additional freight charges are incurred by RTF, they will be billed to the customer. Examples of additional freight charges include, but are not limited to: Freight carrier was unable to deliver initially and had to schedule a redelivery, it was determined that lift gate and/or inside delivery was required when it wasn’t specified in the original notes, address was determined to be residential when commercial was specified or if the shipment address had to be corrected while shipment was in transit.

OBVIOUS FREIGHT DAMAGE: If a shipment is received with obvious freight damage, REFUSE the shipment. If you choose not to refuse the shipment, the shipment must be signed “Received as Damaged” and contact RTF immediately. If the shipment was not signed for as damaged with obvious freight damage, it will greatly hamper the ability of the claims process.

Customer has (2) day from receipt of shipment to contact RTF about obvious freight damage. RTF reserves the right to request photographs of any damages for claims purposes.

CONCEALED FREIGHT DAMAGE: If a shipment is received with concealed freight damage, contact RTF immediately upon discovery of the damage.  Customer has (5) days from receipt of shipment to contact RTF about concealed freight damage. RTF reserves the right to request photographs of any damages for claims purposes.

Incorrect Delivery Address - Reshipments

Orders that are returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer and need to be reshipped will be charged a reship fee. The fee incurred for the reshipment will be the true shipping rate we incurred on the original shipment.
