Three steps to a remake
File the Filter Fit claim before ordering a replacement. Once we approve, we’ll get the remake into production — usually same business day.
Re-measure & Document
Pull the filter out, measure properly (see how to measure), and take a photo showing the filter in the system to document the fit issue.

We Remake & Ship
Once approved, we bill the $30 replacement shipping fee and push the remake into production at your corrected dimensions. Ships per the normal production schedule.
