How fast will I hear back?
We respond to quote requests the same business day in most cases. For complex commercial or custom-fabrication quotes that require sourcing, we'll send an acknowledgment within a few hours and the full quote within 1–2 business days.
What's the minimum order for a quote?
There's no minimum to request a quote. That said, quote pricing typically beats our listed per-filter price once you're at multi-case or pallet quantities. For single-case or small orders, you'll usually get the best deal buying directly from the site — see our bulk pricing tiers.
Do you quote non-standard or custom sizes?
Yes. We work with vetted manufacturing partners who specialize in custom fabrication for sizes not stocked as standard. Send dimensions to the nearest 1/8″, the MERV rating you need, and quantity — we'll come back with pricing and lead time.
Can you match a competitor's price?
In most cases, yes. Include a link to the competitor's published price in your quote request and we'll review. We'll only match when the product is genuinely equivalent — many low-priced online filters are overseas private-label material that doesn't hold up to spec.
Do you have net terms or accept POs?
Yes, for qualified commercial and government accounts. Net 30 is standard; net 60 is available on approval. Submit a credit application along with your first quote request and we'll run the review in parallel. We also accept POs by email or fax.
Can you provide Section 889 / NDAA compliance, W-9s, and COIs?
Yes. These are standard documentation requests from our federal, military, and municipal customers. Let us know which docs your procurement team requires and we'll include them with your formal quote.
How do tax-exempt purchases work?
Send us your tax-exemption certificate before you place your first order and we'll flag your account as sales-tax exempt. After that, all purchases from that account process tax-free automatically — no need to resubmit documentation on each order. Email docs along with your quote request and we'll handle the rest.
How are orders shipped?
Orders ship from the partner fulfillment center closest to your destination — we operate out of facilities in WA, CA, TX, NC, FL, OK, IL, KY, UT, and additional regional warehouses. For pallet or LTL freight, we'll include delivery options in the quote.
