Two pleated filters in the same size can differ significantly in price and lead time depending on the media inside them. MERV 8, 10, 11, and 13 are built on different media, so we can't quote a pleated filter accurately without knowing which rating you need — that's why the pleated options above are split by MERV. There's no minimum to request a quote. That said, quote pricing typically beats our listed per-filter price once you're at multi-case or pallet quantities. For single-case or small orders, you'll usually get the best deal buying directly from the site.

Yes. Custom and Exact Filters® are made to specification by our trusted manufacturers for sizes not stocked as standard. Send dimensions to the nearest 1/8″, the MERV rating you need, and quantity — we'll come back with pricing and lead time.

In most cases, yes. Include a link to the competitor's published price in your quote request and we'll review. We'll only match when the product is genuinely equivalent — many low-priced online filters are overseas-sourced material relabeled with a domestic-sounding name, and they don't hold up to spec. Yes, for qualified commercial and government accounts. Net 30 is standard; net 60 is available on approval. Submit a credit application along with your first quote request and we'll run the review in parallel. We also accept POs by email or fax.
