Custom Koch filters: what to expect
How long does a custom Koch filter take to ship?
Standard pleated and panel custom builds typically run a 5–10 business day lead time after order approval. We confirm exact lead time on your quote based on Koch's current production schedule and ship-from location. Rush options are available for time-sensitive orders — ask in your quote submission.
What's the minimum order quantity?
None. We'll quote a single custom Koch filter — there's no minimum. Quantity discounts kick in at 6, 12, 24, and 48-piece breakpoints, and bulk pricing is available for facility-scale recurring orders.
Can I get the same-day quote on weekends?
Quotes submitted Mon–Fri before 5 PM PST get a same-business-day reply. Submissions after 5 PM, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays route to next business day.
What measurement tolerance does Koch hold to?
Koch holds custom pleated and panel sizes to ±1/8″ on each face dimension. The filter you receive matches your spec within that tolerance — confirmed at production. If your housing requires tighter tolerance, note it in your quote submission and we'll confirm with Koch engineering before production.
What if I'm not sure what spec I need?

Do custom Koch filters carry the Filter Fit Guarantee?
