AAF Flanders Filter Pads & Pre-Cut Media

Filter pads are pre-cut filter media in nominal sizes — drop-in replacements for grille filters, hammock racks, return air boxes, and equipment-mounted filter housings. Where roll media requires on-site cutting, pads ship pre-sized and ready to install. AAF Flanders manufactures filter pads across the full media spectrum: spun fiberglass, foam, polyester, and washable aluminum-frame options.

The AAF Pad Product Line

  • NaturalAire Permaire Washable Pad — washable polyurethane foam pad for permanent filter racks. Reusable, easy to clean.
  • NaturalAire Kwik Kut Foam Filter — pre-cut foam pads in standard sizes for return air boxes and grille applications.
  • AmerSeal Green 2-Ply Poly — paint arrestance pads for spray booth exhaust. Standard nominal sizes (20×20, 20×25, etc.).
  • AmerKleen M80 Pad — adhesive-backed paint arrestor pads in 24-1/4 × 24-1/4 case packs.
  • Spun Glass Hammock Pad — fiberglass pads for hammock-style return air systems.
  • PolyKlean Pre-Cut Dry Pads — polyester pads in standard sizes (16×20, 16×25, 20×20, 20×24, 20×25, 24×24, 25×25), usually 1/2″ or 1″ thick.
