AAF Flanders Industrial Cartridge Filters

Cartridge filters are the workhorses of industrial dust collection — cylindrical pleated filter elements engineered for high-capacity particulate capture in dust collectors, paint booth exhaust, welding fume extraction, and industrial baghouse systems. AAF Flanders manufactures and supplies replacement cartridges across the full spectrum of OEM systems including Donaldson, Farr, UAS Dusthog, MicroAir, Aercology, Torit, and US Air Filtration.

The AAF Cartridge Product Line

  • REDClean NFR — non-flame-retardant nanofiber cartridges, MERV 14 and MERV 15. The most common industrial replacement cartridge.
  • REDClean DFR — direct flame-retardant nanofiber cartridges, MERV 11. For applications with combustible dust risk.
  • Gold Series Nanofiber — premium nanofiber cartridges with extended service life and low pressure drop.
  • AAF Oval Nanospunbond — oval-format cartridges for Donaldson DFO/DWS systems.
  • Flanged cartridges — for Farr TenKay I and II systems with flanged mounting.
