The AAF Flanders Custom Filter Builder handles non-catalog pleated and fiberglass filters across the standard AAF Flanders HVAC range:
- Fiberglass MERV 1–4 — EZ-Flow disposable fiberglass panels for AHU prefiltration and equipment protection. Maximum airflow, low resistance, efficiency builds as the filter loads dust onto media.
- Pleated MERV 8 — NaturalAire Standard and PREpleat M8 in Standard and High Capacity construction.
- Pleated MERV 10 — NaturalAire Microparticle and PREpleat LPD M10 in Standard and HC.
- Pleated MERV 11 — PREpleat M11 in Standard and HC for enhanced commercial spec.
- Pleated MERV 13 — NaturalAire Healthy Ultra and PREpleat M13 for aerosol capture.
- Depths — 1″ fiberglass; 1″, 2″, and 4″ pleated.
- Sizing — 1/8″ increments on width and height. Pleated filters over 25×30 require double-filter construction; max single-filter pleated dimensions are 25×60 or 30×50. Fiberglass max 27×36.
Limits
What this builder doesn't cover
Anything outside the pleated and fiberglass HVAC range gets routed through our facility quote process:
- HEPA / ULPA / MEGAcel — cleanroom and critical-environment filtration is quote-based since spec must match housing and face velocity. Request a HEPA quote.
- VariCel box filters — high-efficiency mini-pleat box filters for commercial AHUs are quote-based for non-catalog sizes. Request a VariCel quote.
- DriPak bag filters — extended-surface 3-, 6-, and 9-pocket bag filters are quote-based. Request a DriPak quote.
- Polyester panels — synthetic disposable panels for humid-climate prefiltration. Quote-based.
- Activated carbon — gas-phase, VOC, and odor-control filtration. Quote-based.
- Service rolls & hammock media — bulk roll media and paint booth applications. Quote-based.
- Bulk facility runs — 50+ units of a single non-catalog size go through facility quote pricing rather than the online builder.
