Is this price match or price beat?

It’s a price beat. We don’t just match the competitor’s number — we come back with a lower one. Send us a legitimate published price on an identical filter and we’ll issue a promo code that goes below what they’re asking.

How fast do you respond to a price beat request?

Same business day for most requests — often within a few hours during support hours (Monday–Friday 6 AM – 5 PM PST). If you submit outside of business hours, expect a response the next business morning. Need it faster? Call 866-469-8556 or text 425-515-2727.

Do you include shipping in the price comparison?

Yes — we compare the competitor’s total landed cost (price + shipping + tax) against ours. That’s why we ask for the shipping number on the form. A filter listed $2 lower that adds $12 shipping isn’t actually cheaper, and we don’t pretend it is.

Can I request a price beat on an Amazon listing?

Only if it’s sold by a legitimate authorized retailer or the manufacturer directly (AAF Flanders, Koch, etc.) — not a third-party marketplace seller. Amazon is flooded with third-party sellers offering overseas-sourced or relabeled filters, and those listings don’t qualify. If you’re unsure whether a specific listing counts, submit the request and we’ll tell you straight.

What if I already placed my order?

Unfortunately, price-beat requests must be submitted before your order is placed. Once an order is in our system, we can’t retroactively apply a promo code. The good news: for future orders, just send a request first and we’ll handle it before you check out.

Can I stack the price beat with other promotions?

No — price beat promo codes can’t be combined with other RTF promotions, subscription discounts, or sitewide sales. You’ll always get whichever offer gives you the lowest total, but not both.

What if you can’t beat the price?

If a competitor’s price is below our cost or we determine the offer isn’t legitimate, we’ll tell you directly and explain why. Usually this means the competitor is selling a relabeled overseas product, an unauthorized listing, or a pricing error. We’d rather be honest than chase a number that doesn’t make sense.

Does this apply to commercial or bulk orders?

For commercial volumes, skip this form and request a quote directly. Volume pricing, PO handling, net terms, and tax-exempt ordering are all built into quote responses — usually a better deal than price-beat arithmetic on individual line items. If you want to compare anyway, include the competitor’s bulk quote with your request.
