Exact Filters® — Custom Sizes, 1/8″ Precision

Exact Filters® is our proprietary custom-size filter line—HVAC filters cut to your precise dimensions, down to 1/8″ on every side. When your filter slot is 17-7/8″ × 23-3/4″ × 1″, you don't need to shim a standard 18×24×1 in place; you order an Exact Filter and it fits perfectly.

When to Order an Exact Filter

• Your current filter is mis-sized and whistles, flutters, or lets air bypass the media
• You have an older system with non-standard filter rack dimensions
• You're outfitting a commercial rooftop unit or light-commercial AHU with a non-standard opening
• You want the tightest possible fit to maximize filtration and eliminate bypass

• Any dimension in 1/8″ increments
• MERV 8, 11, or 13 filtration
• 1″ and 2″ depths standard, 4″ available on most sizes
• Pleated synthetic media, built by our manufacturing partners
• Typically ships within 3–5 business days
