Return Air Grille Filters

Return air grille filters can be hard to find and are oddly shaped. Lucky for you, we make replacement easy. On most "grille” cut filters, the larger dimension will be listed first. However, if you were to take the actual measurement, it's likely 7/8" smaller than what is printed on the filter. Some measure a bit smaller—5/8" smaller to be exact. Many models of return air grille filters have been discontinued by manufacturers over the years, making them harder to find. Luckily, we have many return air grille filters. How to Measure HVAC Filters

To find the correct replacement, measure the length, width, and depth of your existing filter. Most filters are labeled with a nominal size (like 16x24x1), which is a rounded number—actual measurements are often slightly smaller. Accurate sizing ensures a proper fit and helps maintain airflow efficiency.
