When will my order arrive?

Timing depends on the product. Stocked items ship from the closest fulfillment location. Custom and made-to-spec orders go into production before shipping — each product page lists its own production lead time. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. What if the filter doesn't fit?

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes?

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii at carrier rates (calculated at checkout). Free shipping on orders $50+ applies to the lower 48 contiguous states only. We can't accept PO boxes — filter boxes are physically oversized, so we use UPS and FedEx as primary carriers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay at checkout. Commercial accounts can request net terms — submit a quote request to set that up.

Can I order tax-exempt?

Yes — schools, government agencies, resellers, and qualifying nonprofits can purchase tax-exempt. See the tax-exempt purchases page to submit your certificate and get set up.

Can I change my order after checkout?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust it. Contact us right away by phone or text — 866-469-8556 or text 425-515-2727 — and we'll see what's possible before it leaves the warehouse.
