- Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
- Select FREE SHIPPING as your shipping speed.
- Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
The Fine Print
- If the items qualify for FREE Shipping but your
order also contains other ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping
fees for those ineligible items.
- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping
address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
- Applies only to orders with qualifying
merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges and taxes, at RememberTheFilter.com.
- Excludes items that do not include a statement that they are
eligible for FREE Shipping next to their price. Also
excludes certain oversize items, and items that must be marked ORM-D.
- Applies to Continental U.S. delivery addresses excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
- Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
- Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
- May be used in conjunction with a promotion code. The
qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before
the promotion code is applied.
- You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below our minimum.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
FREE Returns!
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will accept a
return for 365 days and pay for the return shipping! We don't mess
around with restocking fee's so as soon as we get your order back we
will issue a credit for the full purchase price. Returns shouldn't be a
hassle nor should changing your filter, we want to make this as easy as
we can for you. If you return is for a purchase that was made over 90 days ago your
credit will be issued as a store credit that can be used on a future

Unfortunately we can only ship to United States at this time. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote before making your purchase. |
| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Current methods of payment we accept are PayPal, Google Checkout, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible, on every product page there will be a section that lists. This is a typical lead time for the product. All products are subject to availability. Below is an example of the Availability section that is featured on all product pages.
